I have followed Richard’s 12 week program and have found it to be very structured and a great balance for someone who is working and cannot devote every waking hour to training. My brother and I particularly liked the fact that the training was set around time spent training as opposed to distance which was excellent. You’ll be pleased to know we both completed the 30th May session (4 hour bike and 1 hour brick run) with a little in the tank to go further.
