a) What did you want to get out of the session? The session was brilliant. I have never done a triathlon before and was quite nervous/worried about the day but I now feel confident that I know what I need to bring and do on the day. More importantly I was really worried that I haven’t done enough training but Liz just made me want to go out and just enjoy myself rather than take it too seriously. I expect it to be tough but I’m really excited about the day now.
b) Did you get what you wanted? I wanted to make sure that I knew what I was doing and I had all the things I needed, I also wanted to know what I needed to do in the transition stages and I got some great tips.
c) Do you think that the session was good value for money? Very good value for money.
d) Was there any topic that you would like to see included? No as Liz was very experienced so was able to answer any queries I had and appeared to cover everything.
e) Is there anything that your coach could have done better? No I felt worried to start with but she made me feel very relaxed and by the end of the session, I was really looking forward to the day.
f) Please rate the venue and facilities on a scale of 1-10 1 being poor and 10 being excellent. I haven’t actually done the event yet but venue and facilities seem good so 8.
g) Please add here any other comments that you may have about the session or your coach: Excellent day and left me feeling confident about the event and not a complete novice. I may not have a fancy bike (I’ve got a mountain bike) but I feel confident that I will not be the odd one out and even if I am I aim to go and have fun and have a nice cycle round the countryside! Liz is a great coach and the event is very well organised.
