Challenge Henley….12 weeks and counting down!
If you’ve entered this year’s Challenge Henley, you probably don’t need us to remind you that there is now just over 12 weeks to go. If you take out your taper, that’s probably only 10 more weeks of solid training.
Is your Challenge training on target?
Do you feel like your Challenge Henley training could benefit from more structure, key sessions or an expert eye to keep you accountable? Thetrilife.com’s Olympic coach Bill Black has designed a 12-week training programme to help you have a great experience on the day. These are the only official Challenge Henley programs available and have been written specifically for the Henley course. They take into account each undulation, twist and turn you’ll find on the route.
