I thought the day was terrific. Lots of good tips, I liked your tip to run tall as we slouched along the tow path in 30c heat and your tip to visualise doing the run over the next month to make it easier on the day.
This stage of the training is a bit of a grind, but I do feel more focused after Sunday. Thank you.
