Triathlon Training Day at Castle Howard

As coaching partner to Markel Castle Triathlon Series we are excited to be hosting a training day at Castle Howard on June 30th 2013.

This training day is designed specifically for first time and novice triathletes. You will:

• have a coached open water session in the Great Lake
• learn expert tips to make your transitions faster
• ride one lap of the wonderful bike course
• run off the bike
• have the opportunity of asking your coaches any questions that you have so that you leave the day completely prepared for your first triathlon.
