Are you training for a triathlon event this year?
If you’re focussed, and train in the right way, it can take just three months to train effectively for a triathlon (assuming, of course, that you have a good level of fitness when you commence if you are opting for a 70.3 or iron distance).
Following a structured training plan, with the availability of support from a world class team of coaches, can be the difference between just taking part and actually taking part, achieving the result that you hope for and most of all, enjoying the event!
There are a range of 6 month, 4 month and 3 month training plans available from thetrilife.com and the start dates are as follows:-
4 month training plan commences on the 23rd of March 2015
