    Jim Prendergast executed an excellent race at the London Triathlon finishing in a time of 2:14:55 and placed 3rd in his AG and 45th overall.

    Stephen Branagan raced Dublin 70.3 posting a very good time of 5:13:53 and placed high overall.

    lizscottnewsletter1Nigel Jones raced a local sharpener in the Porthcawl Standard Distance coming 11th in his AG group with a time of 2:49:00 and continued his preparation for IM Wales with a solid performance at Ocean Lava Middle Distance Triathlon in 6:26:00.

    Beate Vogt came 8th in AG in 14:22:00 at IM Denmark in Copenhagen in a race that didn’t go according to plan!  Beate had to call on all her experience and mental reserves to cross this particular finish line.  Great job.

    Jude Hagger at the Worthing Standard Distance (AG Qualifier for European Championships 2016) battled the wet and windy conditions and massive sea swells to place 10th in 2:28:00.

    Nicola Wignall also had to race in appalling weather conditions at the Ashford Triathlon, but this didn’t stop her winning her age group recording a 3:07:00.

    Julia Weatherill put the disappointment of the London Triathlon behind her by finishing the Ride London in 7:30:00 as part of her preparation for Ride Across Britain.

    Barney Gray competed on a tough course in hot conditions at the  IM 70.3 Germany. Despite a nasty bike accident a few weeks before, Barney still finished in a fine 5:14:00.

    James Davies showed consistency by posting another swift 10k run time of 39:14 on an undulating course at Rye.

    Duncan Haynes completed the Ride London 100mile sportive in an impressive 4:31:00.

    Jo Gundle showed swim preparation is going well for the IM 70.3 World Champs in Austria and IM Wales, by completing the Boscombe Salty Sea Dog 3.8 km swim in 1:25:00.
