There might only be one result from Thom’s athletes this month but what a result!
Paul Simon Abeledo won his Age Group at the ITU World Duathlon Championships in Adelaide in the male 45-49 Sprint Duathlon in a time of 59.34. This result was despite a challenging year in his professional life so even more sweet!

Nigel Jones posted a swift 1:36:00 in the Cardiff Half Marathon and then went on to compete in the notoriously tough Snowdonia Marathon and achieved another pb in 3:48:00 to claim 8th in his AG.
Jude Hagger came 3rd in her AG at the Hever Triathlon in the standard distance in 2:48:00, which was very impressive as Jude had not long stepped off the plane from Chicago.
Barney Gray, also in action at the Hever Tri standard distance, posted a 4th place in 2:35:00 in his very competitive age group.
Neil Feakins raced over the longer distance in the Hever Gauntlet. He finished strong for 34th overall in time of 5:53:00. A couple of weeks later at the Huntsman Standard Distance Neil sped to 15th in his AG in 2:31:54.
Phil Abbott again at the Hever Gauntlet clocked a fine 6:27:00.
James Davies finished the season with a marathon pb time of 3:08:00 in the Frankfurt marathon – a great time and we know there is more to come James!

Steve Tassell finished his season at the Hever Tri Standard Distance posting a respectable 2:54:33.

Glenda Goscomb, for the second year running, competed in the IRONMAN World Championship in Kona, with a very impressive time of 13:38:30 – shaving 34:52 off her 2014 time.

Leo Contenssi raced well and battled through a tough run at IM Barcelona posting an excellent 9:28:17, placing him 33 in his AG.
