Lewys Winfield Young had an excellent race at the Porto Colom 111 Triathlon finishing 23rd overall and 17th in his AG 4:11:59 over the 1k/100k/10k distance. A couple of weeks later Lewys ran 1:15:39 at the Southampton Half Marathon for 4th.
Ray Zabarte put in a gutsy performance at the Windsor Duathlon in preparation for a longer distance later in the year.

Adam Malin ran strongly in the Rome Marathon to clock a pb of 3:31:43.
Barney Gray, whilst in training for an IRONMAN, came 3rd in his AG at the Fleet Half Marathon in 1:18:57 and at the Windsor duathlon finished in 2:14:00 for 12th in his AG.
Jude Hagger kicked off the season in fine form at the Sevenoaks Triathlon, 1st in her AG and 4th female overall 1:43:00.
Neil Feakins at the end of March ran a huge pb in the Milton Keynes Marathon in 3:20:14.
Sharon Smithson in her first triathlon of the season at the Bicester Sprint, claimed 6th in her AG 1:47:00.

Jim Prendergast made his debut at iron distance in New Zealand, posting a very impressive 11:10:57. More to come from Jim over this distance.
