About Louise: I have always known that I would be involved in high performance, and my passion for sport and achievement combined with my interest in the power of the mind has led me to become one of the most innovative and effective Sport Psychologists in the country.
Over the last 6 years I have, and continue to work with a considerable variety of athletes and coaches within team and individual sports ranging from county standard to GB/Olympic standard. Within this time I have set up my own business www.thought4sport.com and have developed it into one of the major Sport Psychology service providers within the South West and South Wales regions of the UK.
Throughout my work I am highly motivated by my desire to help my clients get the best out of themselves, to enable them to become effective in their lives and ultimately to optimise their performance in sport. Through this I have helped all my clients to achieve their goals, become successful in their sport and gain the results they desire in competition.
