thetrilife.com holds Preparation Days for various race organisers. Each camp has a slightly different format depending on the event but in general will include a ride of one lap (where possible) of the bike course led by expert coaches, an open water swim at the race venue focusing on skills, some running on the run course, a Q & A session on race day logistics and a presentation from thetrilife.com long distance coaches on preparing in the final weeks of training.
We have no Preparation Days currently scheduled for 2015.
