#thetrilifereporters 2016

In November 2015 thetrilife.com wrote an article, seeking three triathletes who would like to join the Masters Triathlon Training Program for free in return for providing reports on their training and races.  We were looking for a novice triathlete, a second or third season triathlete and an experienced triathlete that wanted to qualify for GB AG team or wanted to step up to long distance.

We were inundated with interested athletes!  And whittling it down to just three athletes proved an impossible task…

Every athlete had a different story and their own reason for wanting (and deserving) a free training place, but ultimately we knew we couldn’t give free training places to everyone that had applied.  We did, however, increase the number of places available, and we now have our final ten #thetrilifereporters

The selected athletes have joined Year One, Year Two and Year Three of the Masters Triathlon Training Program for up to a year, for FREE.  In return, they have commited to submitting some photos and a training report every month, as well as a race report for any events they compete in.

So, let’s meet the new team…
